Invest in your career with IAAP!

The SouthWest Metro Chapter of IAAP

cordially invites you to attend our next chapter meeting on
March 18, 2010 at the Embassy Suites Bloomington.

Our Program is "Clutter Control Your Paperwork"
Organize your desk - Organize your mind
Presented by Sheila Galligan, BA, MAT from Clutter Control MN, LLC
and Mary Schmid, MS, MBA from Coaches Training Institute

The average person spends six weeks out of every year searching for misplaced items on their desks, email, in their drawers, and throughout their work space. What would you do with an extra six weeks every year? How about an extra hour each day? Join us for “Clutter Control Your Paperwork” and gain back time, energy, space and money!

“Clutter Control Your Paperwork” combines proven professional organization methods with inspirational coaching to change your habits and regain control of your work space. You will learn to:

• Identify your personal office organizing style
• Reduce the amount of incoming email and paperwork
• Determine what to shred and what to toss
• Design systems to track data and manage multiple projects
• Track documents, receipts, and legal paperwork
• Most importantly, create balance for a productive life

Sheila Galligan, BA, MAT, is an office organization and efficiency coach and founder/owner of Clutter Control MN, LLC. Sheila has spent over 20 years working in various corporate America, cube-ville, home-based, small to large work environments and has organized clutter for all! As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO-MN), Sheila has built a successful account base in the Twin Cities. She is also an active member in the Edina Chamber and the SouthWest Metro Chapter, IAAP.

Mary Schmid, MSN, MBA, is an executive life coach trained through Coaches Training Institute and works with people to create strategies and action plans to achieve and live fulfilling lives. She owns her own small business and has over 30 years of experience in the corporate world creating and leading innovative health care programs.
